Hlavním úkolem projektu bylo zkomunikovat řídící systémy ostrovních zařízení tak, aby celá technologie byla provozuschopná. S těmito zařízeními se komunikovalo prostřednictvím sítě ProfiNet (mix PLC S7-400, S7-300, HMI) přičemž master stanice byla taktéž Siemens S7-400 na které byl nainstalovaný pivovarnický systém ProLeiT. Tato jediná stanice pak ovládala celý technologický blok „Concentration Plant“.
